BASIC GRAMMAR

"A philosopher once said, half of good philosophy is good grammar."  A.P. Martinich

I try to always first find out something about the person whose quote I am using. Sad to say, I have never heard of this man before, but I think I will TRY TO read some of his material. Sounds interesting. And if he deems grammar to be important, who are we to disagree? 

A. P. Martinich is an analytic philosopher at the University of Texas at Austin. His area of interest is the nature and practice of interpretation; history of modern philosophy; the philosophy of language and religion and the history of political thought. (Martinich et al., 2020)

In analytic philosophy, philosophy of language investigates the nature of language, the relations between language, language users, and the world. Investigations may include inquiry into the nature of meaning, intentionality, reference, the constitution of sentences, concepts, learning, and thought.

So, even though these grammar lessons are only covering the basics, enjoy.
